At Wilentz Goldman Spitzer P.A., our goal is to help you begin the next chapter of your life confident and poised for new opportunities. By helping you first to define your goals and objectives, we are able to develop strategies to achieve those goals. As an important member of the team, you guide the decision-making process.
Your concerns about costs for services associated with divorce-related proceedings are addressed clearly in our initial consultation. The time required to represent your interests is, in large measure, determined by your specific goals and objectives.
Our many referrals from clients, experts, and other lawyers demonstrate our ability to handle tough, complex cases in a compassionate and professional manner. As an added bonus to our clients, we can draw upon the firm's tax, real estate, criminal, corporate, and other departments as necessary. We work with the finest experts in the fields of business valuation and custody.
Some divorces can be settled without going to court - if a couple can agree on the key issues of custody, support, and distribution of assets. Other couples choose mediation, a relatively new and increasingly popular process in which a trained mediator helps the couple resolve their differences and reach an agreement acceptable to both. These approaches can reduce legal fees and expedite the divorce.
Regardless of the complexity of the divorce or the approach you choose, our philosophy remains constant: to represent you as an individual and to make sure that the results of the case satisfy your needs.
