OK Guys, I 've been put through the mill by my ex. We have a medation agreement that states that he would either buy me out of our home or we would sell it and split the profitt. This was signed by all parties including the Judge. He was also ordered to keep current and pay all mortgage payments. He let the mortgage payment fall 6 months behind, he filed bankruptcy against me and everyone else. Needless to say because of him I lost everything. After the divorce he made my life a living hell, of course I can't prove any of this but... Most of my expensive jewelry including a pendant my Father gave me after my Mother passed. He had my cell phone turned off even though I pay the bill. He had the cable & home phone turned off. He cut the wires on my truck's transmission. This man is the one who wanted the divorce, we were married 21 years. My question is, Is the medation a legal binding contract and can I sue him for the money I lost for not abidindg by the contract. Can I take him back to court and ask for maintenance even though I dropped the maintenance. (The judge denided it anyway.) Please help! Thanks.
