My boyfriend is currently going through divorce proceedings, His ex is asking for everything under the sun, as well as refusing visitation with his children due to "seisure dissorders" she claims he is not prepared to handle. Even though he is the one who did all of the care when he was in the home. She is also claiming to have no income other than child support which is untrue. she buys and sells on ebay as well as breeds dogs for sale. She claimed that he paid no child support until his pay checks were garnished which is also untrue. he was sending money for support and making house payments every month since she told him to leave. He is about to go to court to determine allimoney for her. any advice on how to bring to light all the lies and not lose everything would be much appreciated.
