My ex and I went with Fairway Divorce Solutions here in Alberta. The process seemed reasonable and moved along till we paid our final bill. I was told by Fairway that I would receive our agreement immediately after we paid our bill, which we/I did. It took approximately 6 weeks of asking via email and phone messages to get the agreement. After reviewing it I noticed a number of significant changes and omissions that neede to be addressed and should have been addressed prior to the document ever being given to us. This was back in mid June. I am still waiting to be contacted by a Divorce lawyer that and have asked on several occasions when this blessed event might happen.
To summarize, I am unimpressed with the communication and professionalism of Fairway Divorce and would not recommend them.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I used to work at Fairway and left in April to start my owm divorce consulting business. I know the lawyers, etc that they refer to and if you need any help or if I can move it along for you please contact me.
