Well, before we run off to court and go through that process we should look at mediation as an alternative. I’m finding more and more family law lawyers are going with their clients to a third-party mediator chosen by both lawyers because there it is, we can be more creative, it’s less expensive, and I think it’s, it’s a much more friendly way of coming to a resolution. It doesn’t mean you can’t go to court, it just may be worth a good try at settling this in a more expeditious and civilized manner and often it works really well.
