DeAnn O’Donovan

DeAnn O’Donovan is the CEO, Arbor Street Investments at University Bank. Previously, DeAnn was the President & CEO of AHP Servicing, where she launched the country’s only socially responsible residential loan servicer. DeAnn has also served as the EVP & Chief Administrative Officer of Wintrust Mortgage and has held a number of senior leadership roles with real estate finance, bank, and mortgage companies over her 20 year career. DeAnn is an expert in crowdfunding, M&A, strategy, leadership development and scaling operations and businesses.

DeAnn holds an Executive Scholar’s Certificate from the Kellogg School of Business. DeAnn has a Master’s degree in English from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and English from Oakland University.
