Cheryl Cole, famous for her role as a judge on mastermind Simon Cowell’s British reality showX-Factor, and infamous for her recent divorce from global soccer (that’s football to everyone else) star and confessed adulterer Ashley Cole, has decided to look inwards to deal with her divorce demons.
As reported by monstersandcritics.com, Cheryl, 27, is exploring meditation as a way to relax and move forward with her life. “I’ve been trying to meditate, but can’t seem to get it,” she told Vogue. “My mother does it, and I really think that actually may be the way forward for me, but the thoughts keep coming in. Always. How do you stop them?”
