“Desperate Housewife” Eve Longoria might need to remove the “wife” suffix from her title, now that she and NBA star Tony Parker have finalized their divorce. That’s because, although Longoria filed for divorce in California, Parker filed inTexas, which has a less complex divorce process (it’s widely accepted thatCaliforniahas the most complicated family law system in the country). The couple had a pre-nuptial (“prenup”) agreement, but it’s unclear whether it was entirely enforced or required judicial modification.
