Howard Stern marries long-time girlfriend Beth Ostrosky

Legendary radio host and comedian Howard Stern has finally tied the knot with his girlfriend of several years. And this time, it’s no joke.

The notorious Shock Jock and self-proclaimed “King of All Media” announced on The Howard Stern Show back in 2006 that he’d married model and actor Beth Ostrosky, but that turned out to be merely a prank. However, Stern proposed to Ostrosky for real on Valentine’s Day in 2007, later telling his radio audience that he popped the question and gave her the ring as they were lying in bed in the nude.

They married on October 3, in a star-studded ceremony at Le Cirque in New York City. According to E! Online, actor and recently ordained minister Mark Consuelos officiated the wedding, at which the attendees included Donald and Melania Trump, Barbara Walters, Joan Rivers, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman, John Stamos, and many other celebrities, as well as Stern’s radio co-hosts, Robin Quivers and Artie Lang. Singer-songwriter Phoebe Snow reportedly performed at the reception, as did Billy Joel, while Chevy Chase delivered an X-rated toast.

Stern, 54, was previously married to college sweetheart Alison Berns for 23 years. Stern has three daughters from his first marriage. Even while he was featuring porn stars and strippers on his radio show, he frequently insisted that he was always faithful to his wife. After they separated in 1999 and divorced in 2001, Stern publicly vowed for years that he would never get married again. However, he told David Letterman earlier this year: “I’m a hypocritical liar, as you know. Things change, love happens, love blossoms.”

Ostrosky, 36, has been dating Stern since 2000. She began modeling in high school. Her movie credits include Flirting with Disaster and Whipped.

Famous for his sexually and racially charged humor, Howard Stern began amusing and offending radio listeners in the late 1970s, and his show was a controversial national phenomenon in the U.S. by the mid-’80s. He has also written two autobiographical books and starred in the film adaptation of one of them, Private Parts.
