Kelly Rutherford’s Divorce Finalized

As reported byE! News,Gossip Girlstart Kelly Rutherford has concluded her acrimonious divorce with ex-husband Daniel Giersch.

Rutherford filed for divorce in January of 2009, citing theno-fault divorcereason of “irreconcilable differences.”

The divorce started out amicably after both spouses seemed to reach an agreement on custody of their two children Helena, 1, and Hermes, 3.

However, things quickly went downhill, and at one point Rutherford was granted a temporary restraining order against Giersch after he allegedly threatened her nanny.

The couple were married for two years.
