Lena Headey, most recently known for portraying the thoroughly cold-blooded queen in the Emmy-nominated series Game of Thrones, has filed for divorce from her husband Peter Paul Loughran. The couple has a 2-year old son, Wylie Elliot. Headley, 38, who cited theno-faultcause of “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce papers, apparently filed them while filming season 3 ofGame of ThronesinLos Angeles. The break-up casts a long, sad shadow on what was once a blooming romance. “This is the most healthy, beautiful thing that has happened to me,” Headey had once gushed in an interview, in which she described falling in love with Loughran “at first sight.” Prior to starting in Game of Thrones, Headey appeared in The Jungle Book,Aberdeen, The Brothers Grimm, 300,andThe Red Baron.
