Christina Milian’s divorce from singer-songwriter-producer The-Dream has been finalized by a judge.
A judge in Atlanta has signed the final paperwork this month, according to Milian’s attorney Randy Kessler.
The couple were married in 2009 and separated in July 2010.
The-Dream, whose real name is Terius Nash, and Milian have an infant daughter together.
The divorce was resolved by mutual agreement, said Kessler.
The-Dream filed for divorce nine days before she gave birth to their only child.
The-Dream filed his papers on February 17, but the documents never surfaced until reports came out.
Milian gave birth to their only child, a daughter, on February 26.
In the divorce documents, The-Dream declares, “There is no hope for reconciliation.”
“Dip it Low” is one of Milian’s songs that made her famous. The-Dream has produced for artists including Rihanna, Britney Spears and Mariah Carey. The-Dreams hits include “Shawty is a 10.”
