It’s very important to consider all of the aspects with respect to your relationship with your children. How often do you see them? Is there an agreement in place that she can’t move them? And what are the reasons for the move? Is your wife remarrying? Is it a job? You would have to look at all of those considerations. The court would determine whether or not it was in your children’s best interests to move from Toronto to Vancouver while examining your relationship with them.
